I've been looking for stuffed baby eggplant since I had it in the Bay Area 15 years ago and this is the first place I've found it across 6 metropolitan areas! Perfectly silky and spiced!Gutti vankaya showed up on their excellent Sunday brunch today, here's hoping they put it on their main menu moving forward!

This was the best Indian food I’ve ever had! We’re in town from Cincinnati and definitely stopping in again on our way out! Everything was fantastic, the flavors were so bold, and stand out. I’ve eaten so much Indian food and this will by far be the best I’ve ever had! Pictured is the butter chicken, Paneer Kadai, and Malabar Paratha. Just visit this place!

I have eaten at every Indian restaurant in this area. This is the best I have had not only here but anywhere. The service is excellent, the restaurant is clean, and the food is wildly good. We had the lamb masala curry and the house special chicken. Both were delicious, and we ordered them “spicy” - they certainly were, but they did not overpower the incredible flavor of both dishes. The naan was hot and fresh - like RIGHT off the grill I wish I had two stomachs! Go here. Go often.

Incredible food, warm and friendly service and great ambience. Every dish is so flavorful, pure and comforting. A new top favorite for us. If you haven’t been yet, you need to go now! Don’t skip out on the beverages.

Excellent meal. Very welcoming and warm service. My curry was delicious and the garlic naan bread was great. My friend loved his vindaloo

Delicious food that doesn’t compromise on flavors, quality and quantity. The flavors were exactly as we find them, back in India. A place that reminds you of home, away from home. Often Indian food is changed to meet the western palate. It is refreshing to see a place that holds on the the roots so well! The menu is thoughtfully crafted with a balance of vegetarian and meat options that not only have popular choices, but also offers malabar paratha, qhubani ki mithai, nawabi phirni and almond thandai.. all very rarely found in most Indian restaurants. Despite the variety, the menu is not overwhelming (in a good way!) Highly recommend this place if you are in and around Pittsburgh, PA.
